T&T Tattoo started in 2019 with a simple idea: why settle for tools that don’t meet the needs of tattoo artists? Tracy, a passionate tattoo lover and artist, was tired of dealing with messy ink splatters, wobbly needles, and cartridges that just didn’t perform the way she needed them to. That’s when her dad, Sean (our CEO), a mechanical engineer, stepped in to help.

Sean started experimenting with all kinds of designs, but the problems kept popping up—ink splatter everywhere, needles wobbling, and nothing quite working right. Then one day, inspiration struck: a fountain pen. Sean thought, "Why not take some ideas from how fountain pens control ink flow?" That’s how he created the Capillary Reservoir Tip, a design that keeps ink flowing smoothly and mess-free.

But they didn’t stop there. For the membrane, Sean came up with a clever idea to add special ridges that provide just the right balance of tension and downward force, making every stroke precise and stable. Plus, it prevents ink from backflowing, protecting the machine and keeping everything clean.
