Handling Time
We aim to ship all orders on the same day they are received, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped or produced and receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

What If I Ordered Multiple Items, Will They Be Delivered Together?
We strive to deliver all items together. However, depending on the shipping method, some items may be shipped separately.
You will receive a shipping notification once each item is shipped.
Can I Change the Delivery Address After My Order Has Been Shipped?
Once the order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before confirming your order.
